Terms & Conditions

These terms govern the use of the booking and payment pages of "Rentati" provided through the Rentati platform operated by Strategia d.o.o. (the "Operator"), Džemala Bijedića 162/2, Sarajevo, BiH, ID/OIB: 4203196820003. By using the site or completing a booking you accept these terms.

Ordering & Reservations

Reservations are accepted via the website, by phone, or in person at the property reception. A customer is any person who submits a reservation request with the required details.

To confirm a reservation the customer pays the online amount shown at checkout (a deposit percentage set by the property, or the full amount); any balance is settled on arrival. The reservation is kept until 24:00 on the day of arrival.

Prices & Payment

Reserved services are paid online with one of the following cards: Mastercard®, Maestro®, Visa, by bank transfer, or in person at reception. Amounts are charged in Bosnian Convertible Marks (BAM); any price shown in EUR is informative only. See the "Credit Card Payment Security" page for details.

The final account is settled at the property reception prior to departure. Displayed prices are informative and the property reserves the right to change them; reservation changes are possible only in writing.

Service Delivery

The service comprises accommodation in the reserved unit during the confirmed period, delivered according to the published check-in and check-out policies. The booking confirmation is sent electronically.

Cancellation Conditions

A reservation can be cancelled in writing (by e-mail). The amount paid is fully refunded for cancellations made 14 or more days before arrival.

For cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival, 50% of the amount paid is retained and the remainder refunded. In case of no-show the amount paid is not refunded.

Refund Conditions

In case of a refund to a customer who previously paid by card, partially or in full and regardless of the reason, the refund is made exclusively to the same card used for the payment, via Monri.

Any complaint may be submitted by e-mail to info@strategia.ba. We will acknowledge receipt and respond within a reasonable time, seeking to resolve any dispute amicably.

General

The Operator reserves the right to amend these terms; the version published at the time of booking applies. These terms are governed by the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
